If you do share, credentials are encrypted and stored separately, and one-time passcodes are forwarded from your own email, so access stays tied to an inbox you control.

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice before any patient data is touched. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, remote sessions are recorded, and every action is audit-logged.
