No. Portal credentials are optional. Sharing them gets you faster, deeper breakdowns, but if you don't, we verify by fax and phone. If you do share, credentials are encrypted and stored separately, and one-time passcodes are forwarded from your own email, so access stays tied to an inbox you control.

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice before any patient data is touched. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, remote sessions are recorded, and every action is audit-logged.

There's nothing to "use." Your team stops spending 20+ minutes per verification call. The breakdown simply appears in your dental software before the patient arrives. The only new habit is fixing any verification we mark "TO CORRECT" in your dental software.

We connect through our proprietary connector and write the results back the way your team wants them: as PDFs, as notes, or in your employer/group benefit tables.

If the member ID or SSN is incorrect, our AI agent calls a live payer representative and tries to locate the member using their full name, date of birth and address. If the member still can't be found, we mark the verification "TO CORRECT" in your dental software, so your team knows exactly what to fix and we can complete the verification before the patient walks in.

Every verification comes with its source: the carrier's fax, the portal record, and the transcript of the call with the representative. You can check any line against the original document.

No. Azops Dental is a flat monthly subscription based on your practice type: the number of providers you bill for, or for orthodontic practices your monthly new-patient exam volume. Unlimited verifications are included, so your price doesn't move with your patient volume.
