Our story
We started by building AI voice agents for accounts-receivable operations — the high-volume insurance and payer phone calls that healthcare and finance teams drown in — under the name OS Recovery. As we explored those workflows, dental practices kept surfacing the same acute, specific pain: insurance verification. Verifying a patient's coverage meant hours on hold with payers, juggling portals, and entering benefits by hand — and the electronic tools only did part of the job. So we decided to focus on dental insurance verification. It's the same core technology, narrowed from a broad accounts-receivable workflow to the highest-value version of the problem: dental insurance verification.
