How your price is calculated

Azops is a flat monthly subscription priced by practice type. You pay per treating provider your practice bills for. Add up, for each billed provider, the number of them times the per-provider rate below. Unlimited verifications for every patient are included, and there is never a per-verification fee.

Your price follows your practice type, not anyone's academic title. Only general, pediatric and perio practices bill for hygienists, and orthodontic practices also bill for clinical assistants. Endodontic and oral surgery practices are billed on the doctor alone, and we never charge for front-desk staff or technicians.

Turning on write-back lets our proprietary connector place verified benefit information in your dental software the way your team already records it, including PDFs, notes, or employer/group benefit tables.

Example: a general, pediatric or perio practice with 3 dentists and 2 hygienists pays 3 × $240 + 2 × $60 = $840/month (or $1,080/month with write-back). An orthodontic practice is billed per orthodontist plus $60/month per clinical assistant ($90 with write-back); endodontic and oral surgery practices are billed on the doctor alone. Every plan includes a 3-week unlimited free trial, with no yearly commitment.
