How your price is calculated

Azops is a flat monthly subscription priced by practice type. You pay per treating provider your practice bills for. Add up, for each billed provider, the number of them times the per-provider rate below. Unlimited verifications for every patient are included, and there is never a per-verification fee.

Your price follows your practice type, not anyone's academic title. Only general, pediatric and perio practices bill for hygienists. Specialty practices are billed on the doctor alone, and we never charge for dental assistants or technicians.

Turning on benefit-table write-back (a specialist enters the full benefit breakdown directly into your PMS) moves each billed provider to its write-back rate.
